Owners and office staff have over 95 years of combined experience in the caregiving business. Many of us started as part time caregivers, loving the work and our clients so much we made a career of home care. Advantage Home Care caregivers
We only hire caregivers we would feel comfortable sending to help our own families.
All applicants must demonstrate friendliness and willingness to follow instructions through the interview, reference and background check, drug test and orientation processes before they are officially hired.
All new caregivers complete six hours of in-house training within three months of hire. We conduct small classes, to encourage participation and allow our trainers to evaluate understanding.
Furthermore, we provide close supervision, paid continuing education, and recognition of excellence throughout a caregiver’s employment with us.
We believe this extra care and attention provides a better experience not only for our caregivers, but also for the families we serve.
